Mindfulness

Present moment awareness is the practice of mindfulness.  This comes in a variety of activities, breathing, walking, eating, or listening, to name a few.  Equally important to this present moment awareness is heartfulness.  Heartfulness is the active flow of kindness and compassion for yourself and others.

Many believe mindfulness and meditation are one and the same.  While meditation is a type of mindfulness, it does not completely embody the depth and breath of mindfulness.  

​

The path of mindfulness, is a well-organized regimen, it is a tool of immense power and when applied can improve about nearly every aspect of human well-being.
